The Problem

Our Solution
Surveyed 355 staff; used Spearman correlation, regression, and t‑tests (median split on T&D engagement) in Python, with Power BI dashboards for HR and leadership to explore T&D vs performance patterns.
Impact
- T&D had no significant effect on task delivery
- Research‑oriented training strongly correlated with research output
- Recommendation: shift budgets from generic T&D to research‑specific workshops
