Library administrators lacked evidence on whether encouraging compromise as a conflict resolution strategy actually improves staff productivity.
Our Solution
Surveyed 356 library personnel across universities, polytechnics, and colleges in 5 states. Applied Pearson correlation and regression using Python (pandas, SciPy).
Impact
- Compromise significantly predicted job productivity (β = 0.404, R² = 19.8%, p < 0.001)
