The Problem

The College of Nursing Sciences, Mbano, relied on manual spreadsheets for daily bookkeeping across 11 accounting notes — a process prone to errors, lacked audit trails, and made budget comparisons and reporting slow.

Our Solution

We built CNS Accounts, a Windows desktop application that structures income and expenditure tracking around the college's exact accounting notes (tuition, earnings, bank balances, salaries, procurement, etc.). It provides a secure login, a real‑time dashboard, budget‑vs‑actual comparisons, trend charts, audit logs, and one‑click Excel/PDF reports. All data is stored locally — no internet required after installation — ensuring complete institutional control.
